Initial Consultation Package

    With any large or rush project, it is important to start with a correct plan of action.

    This is the first step to your big project or rush project process:
  • Pre-visit telephone consultation
  • 2 Hours (combined on-site and off-site time) for training, assessment and plan
    development.
  • Assessment of Organizing and Project components and needs.
  • Assessment and breakdown of project time-line and resources that will be needed for
    successful completion of the project.
  • Printed information (project specific) to assist you with the plan implementation and follow-
    through.

    Package Price - Only $130*

    This is an Excellent initial package for anyone who needs to know "where to begin" and how to
    go about successfully completing their big or rush project.

    Many clients share that they wish they had known about this service earlier in their
    project process - it would have made their life easier from the start!


Hands-on Project Services
    This is the second step in the big project or rush project process:
  • Once you have your plan in place, you can determine to what extent you may need
    hands-on project assistance.
  • One of our Professional Organizers will work with you to carry-out the plan components
    and reach the required results.

    Hourly Rate Range:   $65.00 - $125.00 per hour   (per organizer needed)*
                                          Variable / per hour (per other type of help needed)*

    What affects the rate for your project?
    No two big projects or rush projects are the same.  The hourly rate will depend upon
    multiple variables.  These include the scope of the project, the time-frame within which
    the project needs to be completed, the skill level of the professional organizer(s)
    required, and the number of organizers or other workers needed to get the job done.


Project Phone Coaching Services

    This is an optional step in the big project or rush project process:
  • You may have a limited budget to apply towards your project or maybe you just need
    some coaching on a part of your project or one of it's steps - phone coaching is a great
    way to get the help you need, when you need it.
  • One of our Professional Organizers will schedule a call with you to cover the questions
    and issues you may have.
  • This service can be prepaid (in blocks of one-half hour or more) and you can call on an
    as-needed basis.  We will track the time for each call consult and deduct it from the
    prepaid minutes.
  • Or, this service can be scheduled as needed and prepaid (in blocks of one-half hour or
    greater).  You can then consult for the whole block of time regarding your project.

    Hourly Rate Range:   $60.00 - $120.00 per hour   
                                        (depending upon Organizer Level required)*


    * Rates do not include any purchases of supplies or materials that may be needed.
