Rates:  Residential Organizing

Initial Consultation Package
    This is the first step to any organizing project:
  • Pre-visit telephone consultation
  • 2 Hours on-site for training, assessment and plan development
  • Assessment of Organizing and Time Management needs.
  • Personal Organizing / Time Management Plan for areas and topics assessed.
  • Printed information about organizing basics, a proven process for tackling any organizing
    project, and tips for achieving organizing success!

    Package Price - Only $130*

    This is an Excellent initial package for anyone who wants to know "where to begin" for meeting
    their organizing or time management needs.

    Many clients share that this is the "road map" they needed in order to get started and
    finally get things done!.


Hands-on Organizing Services    (minimum 3 hours per visit)
    This is the second step to any organizing project:
  • Once you have your plan in place, you can determine to what extent you may need
    hands-on organizing assistance.
  • One of our Professional Organizers will work with you, at your pace, within your schedule,
    to get the job done!  We will also work with you to determine which parts of the plan can
    be achieved, and by whom, to fit within your budget.

    Hourly Rate Range:   $45.00 - $75.00 per hour   (per organizer needed)*

    What affects the rate for your project?
    No two organizing projects are the same.  The hourly rate will depend upon multiple
    variables.  These include the scope of the project, the time-frame within which the project
    needs to be completed, the skill level of the professional organizer required, and the
    number of organizers needed to get the job done.


Phone Coaching Services
    This is an optional step for an organizing project:
  • You may have a limited budget to apply towards your organizing project or maybe you
    just need some coaching or guidance on a part of your project or one of the steps -
    phone coaching is a great way to get the help you need, when you need it.
  • One of our Professional Organizers will schedule a call with you to cover the questions
    and issues you may be having with your project or part of it.
  • This service can be prepaid (in blocks of one half-hour or more) and you can call on an
    as-needed basis.  We will track the time for each call consult and deduct it from the
    prepaid minutes.
  • Or, this service can be scheduled as needed and prepaid (in blocks of one half-hour or
    greater).  You can then consult for the whole block of time regarding your project.

    Hourly Rate Range:   $40.00 - $60.00 per hour   
                                                        (depending upon Organizer level required)


Maintenance Rates:
    This is the third step to achieving long-term and permanent organizing success:
  • Once your organizing systems have been put in place - a periodic review of them can be
    conducted to confirm that all aspects are working for maximum benefit.
  • One of our Professional Organizers can conduct this periodic review and make
    recommendations regarding adjustments or additions to the systems.
  • Regular Maintenance sessions:  Occasionally someone may need regular assistance to
    maintain one or more parts of their systems (bill paying, paper processing, seasonal
    switch-out of items, etc.), our Professional Organizers can also assist with any of these
    types of needs.

    Rates for this are similar to those for Hands-on Organizing*

    * Rates do not include any purchases of supplies or materials that may be needed.
