This letter is to express my heartfelt thanks to you and your team for handling all aspects of my recent condo staging, sale, and move. The list of all that needed to be done to get me moved out, get the condo cleaned, repaired, re-carpeted, repainted, and staged was phenomenally daunting. There is no way that I could have achieved this without your help.
Your staff was efficient, organized, responsive, and hard-working. Everyone went way above and beyond the quality of service compared to what I have seen from other companies. Thank you Judy for helping research and coordinate with the other vendors that were involved with the process. Thank you also for helping to find the right people to do each of the jobs needed.
The success of your work was confirmed when we had a sale offer on the condo within 2 month’s time. I never expected to sell it that quickly. In this difficult Michigan housing market I expected that it would take 6 – 8 months (at least) to sell it.

Moving – Move Day:
- Smooth Transition: We can work with movers for a smooth transition of needed items to new location. We can serve as eyes, ears, and point person for moving company workers to address questions and handle move paperwork. We can confirm that all items are moved correctly.
- Unpacking: We can help unpack and organize at the new location. Making settling-in easier and more convenient.
- Organizing: We can help with follow-up organizing as needs change.
- Welcoming and Settling-In: We can help with becoming familiar with the new location and its surrounding area.
- Utlities & Bills: We can help coordinate the shut-off of utilities at the previous location, transfer of services as appropriate, and turn-on of services at the new location.
